I started working with Chris to mainly focus on improving my strength.

I hadn’t really tried any strength and conditioning before and the one and only time was when I was injured. I tried body conditioning exercises, but I didn’t feel any difference and soon gave this up.

After working with Chris I started gaining strength and lifting weights I never knew I could!

As a result of this I feel more confident with my running and stronger thanks to the programme. I’ve really enjoyed the sessions they have been beneficial to me, with great coaching in a relaxed atmosphere with a lovely bunch of people that has helped spur me on with the training and wanting to be fitter and stronger, which is how I feel.

If you’re considering working with Chris I would say “Go for it!” He is a great coach with good advice gives you the time, listens and motivates you to achieve your goals!
