Chris Redmond Personal Training was established in 2010 and has grown increasingly stronger as time has gone on. Headed by Chris Redmond he has the strong foundations of qualifications including a degree in Sports Studies, qualifications in Personal Training and Strength and Conditioning along with many other supplementary qualifications ensuring that he is always at the forefront of the industry.

The name later changed to Chris Redmond Running Strength and Endurance Coaching.

Chris is a member of many professional educational bodies, under the watchful eyes of some of the UK's leading fitness experts.

Whilst Chris' title is a "Running Strength and Endurance Coach", his Personal Training roots still form the foundations of his practice and this is something he is extremely proud about;

We will listen to your needs, support you when support is needed and help you as much as he can to ensure that you achieve what you are setting out to achieve. The key thing to remember is that your session fee doesn’t just include an hours exercise. Years and years or practice and experience and thousands of pounds of education is put in to that hour, we've created the perfect breeding ground for your running success!

We will design a unique an individualised programme based on science backed research and most importantly; your goal. There will be no guess work or inconsistencies with boring and tedious hours on the treadmill. The sessions will be structured and designed for you to get the most out of the time in the gym whilst enjoying it as much as possible!
