“I started training with Chris because I wanted to improve my running strength and fitness, I had previously participated in some strength and conditioning but nothing as specific to the sport of running.

I am now generally felling stronger and I know it all adds to achieving personal best times and becoming stronger, fitter and faster for endurance running.

It’s fun training with Chris, along with meeting new people and sharing experiences will fellow runners – there’s a lot to get out of it.

I’d recommend it, the guy is a gent and he knows his stuff and is always supportive and motivating”
