“As a runner I was getting recurring injuries in my calf, I was cross training but did very little specific running strength work and didn't really know where to start with it all, so I was put in touch with Chris through my running coach.

I have noticed a huge improvement in my overall posture, strength and whilst running. I don't fatigue as quickly and hit the hills stronger as well as gettinga lot a better sense of overall well-being and confidence

My confidence and skill set with weights has improved, I’ve noticed a change in body shape and I’ve met lots of new friends through working with Chris

I was apprehensive about accessing a personal trainer thinking “What if I can't do it?”

I had nothing to worry about just wish I had done it a long time ago. Chris has helped instil a can do attitude”
